Please read the following before proceeding:

  1. The following online order form is for Professionals Firms (eg. Solicitors, Accountants, etc) only
  2. Private Individuals and General Public will need to download and print our .pdf form. Download Form Here
  3. The following online order form only allows for a maximum of 4 entities to be inserted. If your company requirements are greater than this, you can add extra Directors/Members in the Special Instruction box at the bottom of the form, email the extra information separately or please download our .pdf form and and email it to us at info@rapidcompanies.com.au | Download Form Here
  4. All Directors must now have their Director ID in place prior to being appointed as a Director of a company. The proposed Directors will have to sign up for a MYGOV ID first at https://www.mygovid.gov.au/set-up before applying for the Director ID through https://www.abrs.gov.au/director-identification-number

    5. Director ID's can be added at the bottom of this form.

    We confirm, when signing as a shareholder below, that the proprietors of the registered business name are the shareholders of the proposed company.

We also confirm that each Director, both Australian Permanent Residents and Foreign Directors have applied for and received their Director ID.
  • Proposed company names that are currently registered as business names - We (the Firm ordering the company) confirm that the proprietors of the registered business name are the members of the proposed company.
